Microcement Pro EPOXY is a two-component mortar based on epoxy resins. Every layer of the Epoxy system is waterproof and is the hardest microcement available in the UK. Pro EPOXY can be applied as a solid colour or with any level of stucco effect as required.

The standard process for application of Epoxy Microcement is as follows:
  • Fibreglass Mesh applied with mesh resin
  • First coat of microbase applied over mesh (no colour), left overnight
  • Sand down with 40 grit sandpaper
  • 2 coats of  Epoxy Microcement applied over 2 days
  • 1 coat of Patina applied via trowel to create solid colour or stucco effect
  • 2 coats of polyethylene top coat applied via roller and brush

All of the above results in circa 2-3mm and is a 5 day process.
